Committing biological males(transgenders) into women’s sports has been a long-standing policy despite agitation and protest every now and then. And this practice has only increased over time due to a lack of political will and initiation from the ruling class. As a result, women’s sports are getting threatened and their sanctity is being destroyed little by little.

As a result of this lawsuit, some success has definitely come their way as the transgenders are not in the competition anymore. But, for the greater good, Selina Soule and her counsel have decided to carry on with the lawsuit in order to not let this slide as a single-time event. Their goal is to change the law and record books for good so that no one misses out.
