Bianca Belair has won many championships in her career, but perhaps the most memorable title win came at WrestleMania 38. The EST of WWE triumphed over Becky Lynch, securing the Raw Women’s Championship. In a recent interview, she discussed her connection with The Man and her recent hiatus from the Stamford-based company.

While speaking with Denise Salcedo, Bianca Belair stated that she wanted to support Becky Lynch in whichever space she was in at the time. She acknowledged that the impact left by The Man on her career was undeniably crucial. The EST of WWE said that she refers to Lynch as her friend and as someone whom she could go to any time she needed advice.

After holding the title for 32 days, the Irish-born wrestler lost her championship to Liv Morgan due to interference from Dominik Mysterio. Although Lynch once again tried to reclaim her title in a Steel Cage match against the newly crowned champion on the following episode of Raw, she failed to do so. Her contract expired on June 1, and she has been absent from television since.

She’s someone who has stood up for me, who has led me, who has taught me. We see everything that Becky has done for this division and for the women’s division. Being one of the Four Horsewomen, being one of the women that has main-evented WrestleMania.

Meanwhile, Belair focused on the Queen of the Ring tournament as a singles superstar following Backlash. Although she defeated stars like Candice LeRae and Tiffany Stratton, she couldn’t handle the pressure against Nia Jax. Currently, she is relishing her time as a Women’s Tag Team Champion alongside Jade Cargill.

WWE made a major announcement on Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill’s future as tag team champions

The partnership between Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill has truly blossomed since winning the tag team titles at Backlash. They defeated the Kabuki Warriors in France to win the Women’s Tag Team Championships. After numerous teams eyed their titles, wishing to snatch them away, WWE made a major announcement regarding their championships.

Since becoming champions, the duo has defended the titles multiple times against the likes of Candice and Indi Hartwell. On the latest episode of Raw, they put their titles on the line against Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark, but the champs won via disqualification when they were attacked by Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn.

After the events of Raw, WWE announced that Belair and Cargill would defend their titles in a Triple Threat match. The tag team of Baszler and Stark would be challenging them, along with The Unholy Union. It will be interesting to see which duo walks out as the Women’s Tag Team Champions at Clash at the Castle on June 15 in Scotland.
