Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury
The American professional Heavyweight boxer and former WBC Heavyweight titleholder, Deontay Wilder is going to face Tyson Fury for the third time inside the boxing ring this Saturday night. Wilder holds only one draw and one loss in his professional boxing career and both of them came against Fury.
In his last fight against Fury in February 2020, Wilder got knocked out in the seventh round and lost his WBC Heavyweight title. This was the first loss of Deontay’s professional boxing career and since then he has been accusing Fury of cheating in that match.
Wilder claimed that Fury used PED’s and loaded gloves in their match and with the help of all that he secured a win. Heading towards the trilogy fight against Tyson Fury, Wilder once again weights on his claims.
In his recent interview at Last Stand Podcast, Wilder says, “Your eyes don’t lie to you. When you see certain images, videos. When you see things bending, folding, go at a 90-degree angle. That’s real. It’s just like with OJ, the glove didn’t fit, but we know what the real was,”
“I can feel it getting close, retirement,” Deontay Wilder also shed light on his retirement plans

Wilder holds a record of 42-1-1 in his professional boxing career and he is a Bronze Medalist of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games as well. After securing a win against Fury in the third fight, Wilder doesn’t want to stay active in boxing for a long period of time.
In the same interview, he added, “I can feel it getting close, retirement…. I’m seeking one champion, one face, one name. The faster I can get that, the faster I can retire and get the hell out of here.”
Wilder is confident that this time it is going to be him whose hand is going to be raised when this fight will end. We’re just a couple of nights away to witness one of the greatest boxing matches in history.
