UFC megastar Conor McGregor has all the bad blood against anybody that has something to say about his arch-rival, retired mixed-martial artist Khabib Nurmagomedov. This time, McGregor targetted a name, not from MMA but rather from the boxing world. There he is, yet to fight inside the Octagon from the last time, but already with a lot of beef in the fight business.

Boxing’s heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury applauded Khabib for his undefeated record and posted a picture of him from his Twitter account. He wrote, “This man did it right. Got in & won 🥇 & got out on top. Big respect Khabib.”

In a furious reaction, McGregor then wrote to Fury, “Yup the Joyces. Big Joe! U bottled it with Billy joe Da , what were you doing there ? ULeft him, Versace twat U.Done.Nothing. Ya’s did it right ye right hahahahaaj. Even when I’m wrong i’m right. Who did it right ? The Mac daddy tonight, in house. Miami d12! Bahamas #skyjuice.” This was a reference to Fury’s way of handling the situation where Fury’s friend Billy Joe Saunders’ father was getting physically handled by some security guard during the latter’s fight against Canelo Alvarez.

They sorted out their beef after a while, and Tyson was asked to react to this in a recent interview. He claimed all this was a desperate attempt to get attention during the SuperBowl Season. Fury believes Conor picked the right time, but realistically, Conor can’t do anything against him.

He wrote, “Yeah, it was Superbowl weekend. Good time to get some publicity, great timing actually. We were trending all over Instagram, Twitter, Facebook… So, pretty good, pretty good work. He’s alright, he’s a good fighter, and well, he has been a good fighter in the past, and it is what it is! Man’s doing his thing, earning a few quid, paying for his family, you can’t complain can you?”
