We’re just a couple of days away from Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather exhibition boxing bout. The fight will feature eight 3-minutes rounds with no judges and knockouts up to referee’s discretion. Headgears aren’t allowed and there won’t be judges as well.
Initially, there was a report that the gloves used would be 12-ounce. Now, there has been a small update with both the men set to wear 10-ounce gloves as per the Florida State Boxing Commission. The news was broken by Marc Raimondi of ESPN.
Raimondi’s tweet read, Update on the Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul rules. The two men will now wear 10-ounce gloves in the exhibition boxing match, per the Florida State Boxing Commission. The teams made the request and the change from 12-ounce gloves was made official this morning.
Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather: Paul taunts Floyd
Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather had an intense faceoff for a solid 100 seconds as Paul appeared to be taunting a rather serious Mayweather. Mayweather hasn’t fought in a boxing match since 2017, when he came back for one fight to take on Conor McGregor of the UFC. He did win the match, beating the Irishman via. TKO in the 10th round.
Logan Paul, on the other hand, last fought YouTuber KSI in 2019, and lost via. unanimous decision. Until today, that remains his only professional boxing match. However, he has been putting in the hard yards ever since, and is looking in terrific shape.

In an interview with TMZ Sports following the faceoffs, Logan confirmed that his brother Jake Paul wouldn’t be by his corner due to what happened at the first pre-fight press conference. However, the ‘Maverick’ confirmed that he would be in attendance at the Hard Rock Stadium.
When asked about the fight prediction, Paul said, “You’re gonna quit in 6 old man.” Hardly two more days and we will get to know who is going to get their hands raised.
