Canelo is a professional boxer from Mexico. Alvarez turned professional at the age of 15 and has racked up a record of 57-2-2. He has won multiple world championships in four different weight classes. He is the first boxer in history to become an undisputed champion at super middleweight, having held the WBA, WBC and Ring magazine championships since 2020, and the IBF and WBO titles since 2021.
One of his only two-loss is at the hands of the undefeated boxer in Floyd Mayweather Jr. On May 7th this year, Canelo moved up to light heavyweight to challenge the champion Dmitry Bivol. However, he failed in his attempt to capture the title as he lost vis Unanimous Decision. This was his first loss since 2014.
The Mexican native is scheduled to fight Gennady Golovkin on 17th September in T Mobile Arena, Las Vegas. The champion is defending his WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, WBO, and The Ring super middleweight titles against the challenger.

Canelo is preparing for his upcoming bout against Golovkin in September. The Mexican is training for the fight at his gym in San Diego. However, he still takes time to spend time with his family. He has four children, one boy and three girls: Mia, Emily Cinnamon, Maria Fernanda and Saul Adiel. Saul is the youngest child, he is three years old.
Recently a video of the Mexican in the gym was shared on social media. In the video, he is teaching his son boxing. In the video, Canelo’s son is seen with Eddy Reynoso and Canelo. Eddy Reynoso is Canelo’s coach, who trained him since he was a child.
Canelo is seen teaching his son how to throw punches with the coach Reynoso while Mexican music is playing in the background. As Saul has the champion’s blood in him. Many believed that maybe in the future we can see him follow in his father’s footsteps and maybe become a world champion.
