Fans go BERSERK after recent reports of ‘most stacked card ever’ featuring Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder

Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder were having talks about fighting each other in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, after years of buildup. Furthermore, they were supposed to fight on the same card as Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk in December. The fight between Fury and Usyk is set to be a heavyweight unification bout, which hasn’t happened since 1999.
The bout between Fury and Usyk will happen only in February. This led to a series of new fight announcements. Boxing reporter Michael Benson posted a list of possible fights on social media for December. This is what he stated:

Eddie Hearn initially wanted to book the fight between Wilder and Joshua. However, an issue with fight purses led to its cancelation. While Wilder will not fight Joshua next, the heavyweights are expected to fight on the same card. The two heavyweights are currently finalizing their return fights, which they have scheduled for December 23.
The main event will feature the 12-round bout between Joshua and Otto Wallin. Subsequently, the co-main event will be between Wilder and the former champion, Joseph Parker. Furthermore, we can expect Joshua and Wilder to win their respective bouts and face each other in 2024.
The fight between Fury and Usyk has been postponed from December 23 to February 2024. This is due to the injury sustained by Fury in his fight against Francis Ngannou last month. Boxing fans can look forward to a magnificent fight card in December.
Fans react to Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder fighting on the same card
Fans have eagerly waited for Joshua and Wilder to fight each other since they were undefeated heavyweights with a perfect KO record. Furthermore, over the years, Joshua’s KO rate has decreased, and both fighters are no longer undefeated heavyweight champions.
However, fans still wished to witness the historic and exciting clash between Josua and Wilder inside a boxing ring. Wilder has always blamed Joshua for avoiding fighting him and continued to blame him for canceling their December bout. Furthermore, the duo fighting on the same card will create a buildup for their eventual fight.
