“Biggest PPVs of all time”- Jake Paul suggests a potential bout against Mike Tyson for his next fight

Mike Tyson can KO Jake Paul

Jake Paul can now be considered a professional boxer. He’s 5-0 and he has beaten formidable men by knockout. Even though he fought former MMA fighters and champions in the boxing ring, one must acknowledge that Jake himself became a pro in 2020 and since he has shown immense improvement and potential.

However, there are limitations to which one can credit Jake Paul and recent glory. He’s been calling out the likes of Conor Mcgregor, Mike Tyson, Canelo Alvarez, etc. Although Canelo and Mcgregor have shown no interest in that match-up as of yet, Mike Tyson surprisingly is ready to square up against Jake.

According to him, The sole reason he wants to compete against Jake is that fight may potentially break the record of the highest-grossing pay per view number which is currently under the belt of Floyd Mayweather Vs Manny Pacquaio.

“Hell yeah, only to smash the record,” Tyson said when asked by podcast host and combat sport aficionado Joe Rogan if he’d be willing to challenge the PPV record alongside Paul.

Tyson last fought in an exhibition bout with Roy Jones Jr. in November of 2020. Despite his long hiatus from the ring, Tyson demonstrated his customary speed and power, cementing his place as one of the sport’s all-time most popular competitors. The pay-per-view buys for the exhibition bout totaled more than 1.5 million.

Tyson appeared to be well aware that the quantity of attention Paul receives is sufficient to have a huge impact on any future fight.

However, in an interview, he was asked about the potential matchup between him and Tyson and recent Tyson’s assent to it, to which he stated, “We’re still having some conversations with people like Mike Tyson who recently said he wanted to fight… I think it would be one of the biggest PPVs of all time. Mike Tyson, let’s make the fight happen. I’m ready and I know I’d win.”

One can only speculate if it can be the biggest PPV of all time but undoubtedly it would be a massive spectacle considering the mega-superstars the two and when they go at it together? No doubt the fight would gross millions of PPVs.
