During Super Bowl week in Las Vegas, boxer Ryan Garcia opened up about an unfortunate incident at his home. Garcia told TMZ that some of his teammates were in the house at the time of a break-in. The boxer, who is set to fight Devin Haney was about to enjoy watching his favorite team play in the Super Bowl.
However, this is when his home security camera caught a break-in. In a matter of minutes, the burglars left with some of Garica’s belongings. A shaken Ryan Garcia posted the video on social media and stated his main concern was for the people on the team who were at the scene at the time of the incident.

As such, after revealing the robbery, Garcia, who is a devoted Christian, thanked God for protecting him. Subsequently, Garcia even prayed for the robbers, who would now face the anger of God. While Garcia was relieved that he wasn’t there, he expressed that he was concerned about a member of his team who was at his residence.
Furthermore, fans couldn’t help but connect the incident to the physical altercation that happened between Garcia and Haney. Hence, several netizens felt that the robbery was not a coincidence and might have happened because Garcia shoved Haney.

In the video, the burglars appear to do a quick inside-out after jumping a fence. Their speed suggests they were familiar with the house’s layout, suggesting a targeted approach. However, the video doesn’t show if there were any street cameras recording vehicle license plates nearby. People were quick to connect the incident with the physical altercation that happened between Haney and Garcia. Furthermore, fans reacted to the video, stating, “Devin sent his guys.”
Fans stated that the people were sent by Haney or his father, Bill Haney, and that it was because Garcia pushed Haney. Furthermore, some fans joked about the two people being Devin and Bill themselves. Subsequently, fans said that Garcia should improve his security at his house, especially after this incident.
