Tyson Fury is no doubt one of the biggest superstars in the world and the best heavyweight among his competitors. Fury shocked the world when he decided to retire from the sport in his last fight against Dillian Whyte in April 2022 inside the Wembley Stadium, London. The fight was a huge hit and over 94,000 viewers came to see the fight.

Fury dropped Whyte in the sixth round with a nasty uppercut and defended his belt for the second time in a row. The fighter also maintained his undefeated record of 32-0 with 23 knockout wins. Nobody thought Fury would announce his retirement, especially now that he is at the top of his game.

Since his retirement, Fury has been spending all the time with his family, going on holidays and doing barbeque parties. But at the same time, he is also doing his training to stay fit.

Fury recently did an interview with Telegraph Sport where he talked about what he thinks about his boxing comeback.

Fury revealed that if he ever comes back it would be a sad day for him as it will show that the greed for money has dominated his morals. Fury explained that for him legacy matters more than money. But in the end, Fury mentioned that he might think about coming back if there is $500 million on the table.

“If I do come back it’ll be a sad day for me and it will be that I’ve let money overcome my morality because I put achievements before money. But if someone wants to put half a billion on the table I will test that morality for sure.”

Surely, Fury will like to stay on his word and keep living his retired life without the frequent stress of fights. But at the same time, it will be extremely hard to ignore such big money even if it means going away from his own words.
