Canelo Alvarez is one of the best boxers ruling the boxing scene for many years now. It is not wise to request a body shot from one of the best boxers still competing in this generation. However, one fan did receive a punch from Canelo Alvarez, and his video went viral on social media. Here is what happened:

The fan held a placard that read, “Canelo cumple mi seano,” which means, “Canelo fulfills my dream.“ This video of Canelo Alvarez made it to ESPN Mexico. They posted it on their Instagram page, and it went viral. Alvarez did not back down and gave the fan what he wanted. It is safe to say the Mexican boxer did not hold back.

The video is of Spanish YouTuber and TikToker Naim Darrechi. The social media star Darrechi reportedly has over 6.2 million followers on Instagram. He asked the undisputed super middleweight champion to hit him with a body shot. The boxing champion was ready to go and granted Naim Darrechi his wish. Alvarez hit Darrechi on his midriff, which made the Spanish YouTuber let out a loud noise.

The Spanish YouTuber took a few steps back right after taking the punch. He stood still and began to force a smile. However, the pain on his face was apparent. On his personal Instagram handle, Darrechi wrote that someday he aspires to step in the ring with Canelo.

The video of Canelo Alvarez hitting the fan caught the attention of fans on social media. It happened some weeks after the fight against Jaime Munguia. People flocked to the comment section to share their reactions to the video.

With 64 professional boxing fights and 39 KOs, that punch definitely hurt the Spanish YouTuber. Some users wrote that Canelo must have held back in that punch. Others wrote that the fan must have left with a broken rib. While he held back with a fan, Canelo Alvarez definitely does not hold back regarding his opponent in the ring.
