Since injuring Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan has been on a mission to take everything that her rival owns. First, she won the same title that Mami was forced to vacate by defeating Becky Lynch at King and Queen of the Ring. At the moment, Morgan’s focused on enticing Ripley’s on-screen partner, Dominik Mysterio. Taking this into account, The Eradicator’s alleged ex-girlfriend, Cathy Kelley, commented on the possibility of her being next in line.

The backstage personality hilariously put a spin on the famous ‘enemies’ line from Braveheart. Moreover, she implied that Morgan could take away everything from Mami but not her girlfriend. Therefore, Kelley confirmed that neither she nor Samantha Irvin would betray Ripley. For those unversed, the duo has been involved in an online on-and-off relationship. In fact, fans have shown keen interest in their love triangle involving Irvin.

While Cathy Kelley continues to prove her loyalty, the same cannot be said for “Dirty” Dom. The latter hesitated to back away when Liv Morgan approached him on the latest edition of Raw. Instead, he had to be stopped by his Judgment Day teammate, Finn Balor, who’s referred to as the “c*ckblocker” in the situation. 

When asked whether he talked to Rhea Ripley regarding this, Dominik Mysterio claimed that he was giving her some space. As such, fans speculated that the former Women’s Champion might be angry with the 26-year-old. Nonetheless, the WWE Universe will have to wait and see how the storyline progresses and whether Ripley breaks her silence on the matter.

Rhea Ripley unlikely to return by SummerSlam

Without question, there is a lot of anticipation surrounding the return of Rhea Ripley. After going on hiatus, there hasn’t been much information about a timetable for her comeback. However, a recent update from Dave Meltzer sheds light on The Eradicator’s status.

As per the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Ripley has opted to rehab her injury rather than go for surgery. Despite that, there are no plans for her to return at SummerSlam or before that. On the other hand, WWE can bring her back if the storyline requires her presence.

The report also states that if rehab doesn’t fix the shoulder injury, surgery cannot be ruled out. Obviously, when Ripley returns, she’ll be working with Liv Morgan and the rest of The Judgment Day. Moreover, Mami will be looking to reclaim the championship that she never lost in the first place.
