Over the past few weeks, the Alpha Academy has repeatedly disappointed Chad Gable and failed to help him in his quest for gold. As the former Olympian gears up to face Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship at Clash at the Castle, he may be looking for some new support.

On the latest episode of Raw, eagle-eyed viewers were able to spot a detail in the background where Chad Gable could be seen talking to Ivy Nile. Their conversation was inaudible, and no details about this were revealed on the show. However, WWE continues to drop hints about a potential tie-up between the two.

The Minnesotan superstar has previously been spotted talking to Ivy Nile and complimenting her ability. Big Ivy also has close ties to The Creed Brothers from her Diamond Mine days in NXT. There are already tons of rumors floating around that the former Olympian is bound to form a strong heel faction alongside the former NXT Tag Team Champions.

It would also be interesting to see where Alpha Academy ends up in the fallout of this situation. Chad Gable has expressed that no love has been lost for his current stablemates. He continues to berate them every single week on Raw after they refuse to use underhanded tactics like him.

Cathy Kelly interviewed members of the Alpha Academy in a segment on Raw Talk. She was glad to be able to talk to the faction without their leader, as she wanted their honest thoughts after their segment that week. All three members looked highly upset and demotivated during the interview.

Kelly asked them about the team morale and whether they were happy with their leader. Before any of them could answer, Master Gable interrupted the interview in a highly enthusiastic tone. He claimed to be ecstatic that they were finally on the same page.

The 38-year-old asked them to smile and claimed that all families go through tough times. However, they would get through it eventually. He seemed especially pleased with Otis, who finally delivered on Gable’s plan and launched an attack on Sami Zayn. Lastly, the Alpha Academy leader told his faction that they were going to win his Intercontinental Championship in Glasgow on Saturday.
