In a shocking development, Charlotte Flair is no longer tied to a wedding knot. This afternoon, TMZ Sports broke the news via court records the outlet was able to obtain. As per them, the 14-time Women’s Champion filed for divorce from Andrade last year in June. About four months later, the couple got officially separated by law.

The reason behind the split isn’t known yet. However, this bombshell has dropped out of nowhere. Both Flair and Andrade were incredibly close. Not even by a long shot did it seem to be a falling out between the now-divorced WWE duo. The Mexican wrestler was last featured on Charlotte’s X handle back in May 2024, where the two visited Smile Train—the world’s largest cleft rescue unit.

When Andrade made his return to WWE at the 2024 Royal Rumble PLE, The Queen was backstage to lend support to her then-hubby. As of this moment, neither has issued a public statement about their marital status. Both are signed to WWE and are still expected to continue wrestling forward on the same brand—SmackDown.

Over the weekend, Charlotte made her in-ring return after almost 14 months. The daughter of the legendary Ric Flair had torn her ACL, MCL, and meniscus in December 2023. Even though the initial hope within WWE was to have her back much sooner than that, the injuries she sustained were just too reluctant to let her compete again.

Nonetheless, The Nature Girl kept hustling and marked her return to the squared circle in the grandest way possible. She’s going to WrestleMania after winning the 30-woman Royal Rumble last Saturday. It was her second time pulling off that feat, and she is the first woman in WWE to do so.

How Tiffany Stratton realized that Charlotte Flair’s coming for her?

Unless WWE pulls out a rabbit from its hat, Charlotte Flair is rumored to challenge Tiffany Stratton for the Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 41. And it appears like reigning Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley isn’t naive to believe otherwise.

Which is why when Cathy Kelley recently asked both Rhea and Tiffany which champion Flair was going to choose, Mami passed the buck to Stratton and left. The Eradicator has already wrestled The Queen twice at WrestleMania. There’s no point in making them battle for the third time at The Grandest Stage of Them All.

That said, the colloquial horsewoman of WWE is expected to take the SmackDown youngster on a ride. Tiffany, still wet behind the ears a bit, will look to shrug off the tag of an upstart as she braces herself to take on Flair in the biggest match of her career.
