Charlotte Flair recently opened up about her scheduled appearance at the UFC Freedom 250 fan event, where she is set to join several WWE Superstars for a special meet-and-greet session. Interestingly, the former 14-time Women’s Champion revealed that she was completely unaware of the booking until fans brought it to her attention on social media.

Speaking during a recent appearance on TMZ’s Inside the Ring podcast, Charlotte reflected on multiple aspects of her storied WWE career while also discussing her upcoming appearances. During the conversation, ‘The Queen’ admitted that she had no idea she was part of the upcoming UFC fan festival until she saw posts about it online from fans.

The announcement was made during the latest episode of RAW, where it was revealed that several WWE stars will appear at the UFC Freedom 250 fan festival at the White House in Washington, D.C. Charlotte Flair later shared that she actually found out about the appearance through social media.

Speaking about the situation, Charlotte said, “I saw the announcement online. I knew I had a signing. Then I saw online, and I was like, ‘Oh, I guess I’m in a UFC fight. Great.’”

She also joked that she had already prepared a queen-inspired outfit for the occasion, only to realize it might not be necessary for the event. Charlotte further explained how she only later discovered the meet-and-greet would be held at the White House.

“Then it said White House signing and I’m like, ‘So are we going to the White House?’ I really did not know what we were doing until I saw it on Twitter”, said Charlotte.

Alongside Charlotte, several other WWE Superstars are scheduled to appear at the fan event, including The Miz, Trick Williams, The Usos, Chelsea Green, and Bron Breakker.

Regarded as one of the biggest rivalries in women’s wrestling, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have crossed paths several times down the road. Lynch’s meteoric rise as ‘The Man’ also came into existence during her rivalry with Flair.

During her recent podcast appearance, Flair revealed that there might be some more chapters in their iconic feud. She stated, “There wouldn’t be ‘The Man’ without ‘The Queen,’ and there wouldn’t be ‘The Queen’ without ‘The Man.’ I don’t think it’s over. I think this is just the beginning”.

It remains to be seen if the two icons will once again collide or cross paths in the near future or not. At the moment, Lynch is involved in a rivalry with Sol Ruca, whereas Charlotte is in the women’s tag division alongside Alexa Bliss.
