The Chicken in Minecraft is a commonly found passive mob found in almost all the grassy biomes.

Locations
Chickens are found is groups of four in grassy biomes such as jungle hills, jungle edges, modified jungle edges, plains, etc. Some of them might also spawn as chicks.
Chickens generally float or run away when attacked. They are also immune to fall damage. They swim in water while flaaping their wings and bobbing up and down.
Chickens may also spawn with a zombie or a zombified piglin on the top and they are classified as Chicken Jockeys. They have a very rare chance to spawn and the piglins always have a golden sword.
Drops
Chickens drop feathers, raw chicken and experience when killed by the players. They are affected by Looting enchantment and drop more items.
Chickens also lay eggs every 5-10 minutes and players can make the exclusive food item, Cake with it.
How to breed Chicken in Minecraft?
Chickens can be fed seeds that the players can get from breaking grass. Feeding them seeds will make them go into love mode after which they will spawn a baby chick.

- melon seeds
- pumpkin seeds
