After finally defeating Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL, Cody Rhodes shifted his sights to a different kind of adventure. He is set to make his movie debut in the upcoming reboot of the classic comedy-action movie, Naked Gun.

According to The Daily Mail, The American Nightmare will make his debut in a movie that includes lead stars like Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson. It will probably be a cameo appearance recreating the hypnotism scene, which was also a part of the original movie made in 1988. In a way, Cody Rhodes is following in the footsteps of The Rock and Roman Reigns, who made quite a name for themselves in Hollywood.

Interestingly, this was not Rhodes’ first time, as he acted in a TV series named ‘Arrow’ and Warehouse 13′ before. However, his role in this film will mark his first-ever appearance in a movie, which serves a significant purpose. Rhodes stated that he would try to add some humor to his character.

Although the exact date for the release has yet to be announced, fans are already excited to see Rhodes on a different screen.

Cody Rhodes’ sister sent an emotional reaction to the meme of Jey Uso

Recently, on an episode of Monday Night Raw, Rhodes and Jey Uso shared an emotional moment in the ring. While the new champ offered to help him against the notorious group of Judgment Day, Jey respectfully denied it. The two superstars could find their way onto the different brands following the WWE Draft, starting on the April 26 episode of SmackDown.

Teil took to X and expressed how she felt about the breakup with the emojis. The friendship between the two top stars developed when Jey came to Raw as per his request. They were a part of a team at Survivor Series: WarGames when they took on Judgment Day. The former Bloodline member also came out to celebrate The American Nightmare’s historic win against his cousin Reigns at WrestleMania XL.

He will defend his title for the first time at a PLE against AJ Styles. The latter defeated LA Knight to earn the spot on the latest edition of SmackDown. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top when two Georgia boys collide at Backlash in Lyon, France.
