This week’s NXT marked the debut of the show on the CW Network. It was a packed show, which even featured an anticipated match between Giulia and Roxanne Perez. However, the anticipation went in vain after the contest had an underwhelming ending thanks to none other than the returning Cora Jade.
Following her involvement in the NXT Women’s Title match, Jade broke her silence with a stern response. In a defiant post on X, the 23-year-old addressed the criticism she faced online, using some disparaging terms to refer to her haters. It was a straight-up response to the hate she faced online after attacking Giulia on NXT.
The Sorceress of Sin was out of WWE TV for over 9 months. She tore her ACL in January at a NXT live event. It was heavily rumored from the last few weeks that she might make her return soon. Therefore, NXT’s debut on CW became the place for her grand comeback.

Moreover, now it seems she has set her sights on the Women’s Title picture in NXT. It is highly likely that Giulia is going to seek revenge against Jade. Therefore, it is certainly going to be interesting to see how things transpire for the latter after her polarizing return last night.
Roxanne Perez gave an update on the in-ring status of Cora Jade upon her return on NXT
Cora Jade’s return on NXT does not indicate that she might be medically cleared to compete in the ring. Recently, Jade’s real-life friend Roxanne Perez addressed the injury of the 23-year-old. She predicted the timeframe for the in-ring return of Jade.
Speaking on The Ringer Wrestling Podcast, Perez said that she believes that Jade has still got around one month of recovery left to fully recover from her ACL injury. Therefore, it is likely that fans will see her first match on NXT since January next month.
Moreover, there were some teases of a possible alliance between Jade and Perez going forward. WWE might reunite to take on Giulia moving forward. Additionally, there are rumors that Stephanie Vaquer might join the fray soon, possibly leading to a fatal four-way match for the NXT Women’s Title down the line.
