On 5th November, Indian star batter Virat Kohli turned 35 years old. Fans across the world joined together to wish the cricketer on his birthday. His wife, Anushka Sharma, posted an Instagram post to wish him, calling him exceptional. 

In the post, she added a photo of a news headline regarding Virat Kohli. The news article was about how he picked up a wicket on the 0th ball of his T20I career. Along with the headline, she added a photo of Kohli and of the couple. In the caption, she said Kohli was literally exceptional in every role. 

He is literally EXCEPTIONAL in every role in his life! But somehow continues to add more feathers to his glorious hat. I love YOUUU through this life and beyond and endlessly so, in every shape, form, through it all, whatever it may be so

When given the opportunity to bowl for the first time in a T20I match, Kohli bowled his first delivery down the leg. Kevin Pietersen, who Kohli was bowling to, stepped out of the crease only to be stumped by MS Dhoni. Despite not bowling a legal delivery, Kohli had picked up his first T20I wicket.

Virat Kohli is regarded as the face of cricket, with many fans and ex-cricketers agreeing with that. Often called as one of the best batters in the world, Kohli has the numbers to prove it as well. He has scored over 26k international runs in a career spanning over 500 matches in 15 years.
