Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma do not shy away from publicly displaying their affection for each other and whenever such incidents happen, it doesn’t need much time to set the internet on fire. One such incident took place during Royal Challengers Bangalore’s (RCB) match against Delhi Capitals (DC). Anushka was present in the stadium and cheered for Kohli and the team.

RCB defeated the Capitals at the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday (April 16), by 23 runs after the visitors failed to chase down 175. After the match, Kohli could be seen making a special gesture toward Anushka and she could be seen smiling at him. The video has gone viral on the internet.

Fans love to call Kohli and Anushka a ‘Power Couple’ since their marriage in December 2017. The couple has been blessed with a daughter, Vamika, who was born in January 2021.

This win over the Capitals was RCB’s first victory after losing two back-to-back matches. Following the victory, Anushka took to Instagram Stories to share a post where she and Kohli can be seen celebrating the victory with ‘post-match’ drinks.

Both held glasses of lime water and posed for a selfie. Anushka captioned the post with: “Post-match drinks sesh-sparkling water“. And later added: “We party hard(ly).”

In that match, courtesy of Kohli’s 50 off 34, and small contributions from other players, RCB posted 174/6. Despite Manish Pandey‘s 50 off 38, DC failed to chase the target and lost their fifth match in a row. Kohli was adjudged Player of the Match. Now RCB will face Chennai Super Kings tomorrow, while DC will be eyeing their first point when they’ll lock horns with Kolkata Knight Riders on Thursday (April 20).
