Mahipal Lomror is one of the many exciting prospects in Indian cricket. The left-handed batsman is a clean striker of the ball with a reputation for hitting the long ball. Mahipal hogged the spotlight following some impressive performances in the 2016 U19 World Cup. He was selected on the back of some impressive performances in the junior circuit and he impressed one and all on the big stage.

At the World cup, Mahipal Lomror was the second-youngest member of the side. In the five innings that he batted, the 16-year-old scored 133 runs at an average of 33.25 and a strike rate of 100.75. Lomror also picked up 7 wickets in 6 matches at an impressive average of 18.85 and an economy rate of 3.75.

Lomror made his first-class debut for Rajasthan in the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy on 6 October 2016 following his impressive showing in the World cup. He made his T20 debut for Rajasthan in the 2016–17 Inter-State T-20 Tournament on 30 January 2017. The stylish hitter made his List A debut for his state in the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 25 February 2017.

Being an upcoming star Mahipal Lomror is not a very well well-known face in India and likes to keep his private life behind the curtains. There have been no reports of him having a partner. The southpaw seems to be focused on his career as of now. Mahipal has not made anything public about his private life and maintained his stance on being single.

The young talent from Rajasthan was picked by the Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals) ahead of the ninth season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Lomror then moved to the Rajasthan Royals the very next season where he finally made his debut. He featured in only five games across IPL 2019 and IPL 2020. RR retained the youngster for the IPL 2021.
