Fans were left stunned after pictures of FC Barcelona star Jules Kounde’s collaboration with luxury fashion brand Jacquemus, went viral on social media. The 25-year-old defender featured in the French fashion brand’s new ‘La Casa’ campaign, in a rather surprising outfit. 

Jacquemus’ latest ‘La Casa’ collection was unveiled on the scenic island of Capri in Italy, in the backdrop of the stunning Villa Malaparte. The new collection, featuring Jules Kounde, supposedly drew inspiration from surreal art, something closely associated with designer Simon Porte Jacquemus, the founder of the label. The French defender was pictured in viral catchy as well as vibrant outfits, helping him take a major step towards establishing himself not only as a football star but also as a fashion icon. 

However, among the many outfits that Kounde was wearing, what caught fans’ attention was the defender being covered in whipped cream. Jacquemus’ new look white outfit saw the player being painted with cream on his body, in an attempt to merge art with fashion. The cream outfit also had a logo of the brand, put on Kounde’s chest. Moreover, during the shoot, the French defender also licked cream out of his body, with a finger.

Apart from the ‘creamy’ outfit, Jules Kounde was also pictured sleeping on top of a mountain of suitcases and standing on top of a mini car, in an all-back jumpsuit. He was also pictured ironing a shirt, while dressed in a blazer and a striped tie, to show off a schoolboy look.

Fans make fun of Barcelona defender Jules Kounde after viral photo shoot emerges on social media

Football fans and social media users took a dig at Frenchman Jules Kounde after the viral photoshoot of the player in a number of weird outfits appeared on X. The Barcelona defender, who has been busy this season under new manager Hansi Flick, was criticized by fans.

A number of fans labelled it as cringe, while some others humorously stated that they were fed up with him. One fan amusingly stated that the defender ate Gillette shaving cream, while another fan exclaimed that the luxury clothing brand Jacquemus’ designers were suffering from mental issues.
