This came up after NBA star Kyrie Irving recently apologized for his Anti-Semitic comments after being suspended by the Brooklyn Nets for 5 games with no pay, for his comments against Jewish people.

“To All Jewish families and Communities that are hurt and affected from my post, I am deeply sorry to have caused you pain and I apologize.” Kyrie Irving apologized in his Instagram post.

Kyrie Irving is surrounded by controversy currently for his insensitive remarks against people of a certain community. The Nets star basically put up a post on social media about a book and movie containing Anti-Semitic elements. In the wake of these controversies, Nike has also suspended the launch of Irving’s new shoe, which was slated to release on November 8.

Kyrie Irving was called out for his Anti-Semitic comments and is being canceled from everywhere, just like Kanye West, who did the same thing.

Darius Slay believes that Brett Favre hasn’t even apologized for looting poor people of their deserved money and isn’t even taking any responsibility. But still, there is no action taken against Favre. The former NFL QB is also not being banned and canceled from anywhere.

Many people on Twitter pointed out that Kyrie Irving got brutally called out for just saying something about a certain community and on the other hand, Brett Favre who stole millions from welfare funds under broad daylight with support from people in the government is roaming free without any consequences.

These things have led people to call out double standards of people on social media while many argue about what’s wrong and right and everyone has an opinion of their own, just like Eagles CB Darius Slay.
