Top WWE Superstar gets new tattoo ahead of Raw

Tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw will emanate from the Greensboro Coliseum. Ahead of the taping, Dominik Mysterio added to the collection of his tattoos. The Judgment Day member shared a photo of him getting inked in Las Vegas. Mysterio has been out of action for more than a month owing to an injury. 

The third-generation wrestler later confirmed that he wouldn’t be getting surgery, opting to rehab instead. Despite being unable to compete, Mysterio continues to appear on weekly television. “Dirty” Dom accompanies his Judgment Day teammates during their matches. More importantly, WWE has been teasing a major storyline involving the Modern Day Latino Heat.

After Rhea Ripley vacated her title and went on hiatus, Dominik Mysterio was left without his Mami. As such, Ripley’s rival and the woman who injured her, Liv Morgan, has vowed to take everything away from her. In the weeks that have followed, there have been a few hints towards Mysterio ‘breaking up’ with Ripley and joining Morgan.

First, fans spotted the pair leaving the same locker room during a backstage segment. A week later, the former Women’s Champion was once again caught, this time with a Judgment Day bandana in her pocket. Having said that, it will be interesting to see how things unfold in this storyline on tonight’s edition of Raw.

Rey Mysterio says Dominik Mysterio betraying him was beneficial for latter’s career

Without a doubt, Dominik Mysterio is the epitome of what a heel represents in wrestling. However, it took quite a while for him to reach this stage. When the third-generation star debuted, he was paired with his legendary father, Rey Mysterio. Unsurprisingly, he was constantly compared to the WWE Hall of Famer.

This all changed at Clash at the Castle 2022, when the unthinkable happened. Dom finally snapped and betrayed his father, beginning his journey as a heel in WWE. Recently, Rey briefly broke kayfabe and spoke about his son’s stature. The LWO leader admitted that The Judgment Day member turning on him was the best thing that could’ve happened to Dom.

The legendary luchador was recently drafted to Raw alongside his LWO teammates. Interestingly, he will be competing on the same brand as his son. Needless to say, it will be interesting to see if the two cross paths inside the ring again in the future.
