The Savior of WrestleMania casually went off on Jey Uso.

It’s almost like Drew McIntyre has someone on payroll behind his ventures on social media with the kind of digs he’s aiming for. A few hours ago on X, the 38-year-old dragged four names for that matter, including CM Punk. But apart from the latter, McIntyre brutally trolled Jey Uso, a record-breaking tag team champion in his own right, over the limited amount of artillery he has.

Looking back on when their beef peaked a while ago, Drew said Jey had to use more than a couple of moves to combat the Scot. That was some shot from McIntyre, who pushed Uso under the bus for being devoid of an eclectic gamut of maneuvers in his repertoire. The Chosen One then got to CM Punk and called him out for being washed, though he pretends he’s not, claimed the former.

For a change, the Ayr-born wrestler inconspicuously gave Seth Rollins his flowers. The self-proclaimed DM Hunk argued that The Visionary took himself beyond his limits against McIntyre. And at last, the latter sort of commended Damian Priest for the resounding promo that he had against him on this week’s Raw. Having dispensed a receipt for each of his foes, The Scottish Psychopath claimed he was the one setting the bar on the red brand.

Seth Rollins - took himself beyond the limit against me Jey Uso - Had to use more than 2 moves against me CM Punk - Is showing he ain’t washed (he is) against me Damian Priest - Finally proved he has some chops… against me I’m the one setting the bar on Raw. I’m bringing out the best in others. The Champion without my championship. Stop me when I’m telling lies.
Drew McIntyre on X

When he was done calling out everyone, the former 2-time WWE Champion asked the fans to stop him when he was telling lies. In all fairness, the netizens on X were specifically blown away by how adroitly Drew mocked “Main Event” Jey. The Yeet Master did catch some flak after he breezed past recent NXT call-up Ilja Dragunov this past Monday.

CM Punk is significantly close to making his in-ring return

As the fans must’ve noticed through his recent TV appearances, CM Punk looks fit as a fiddle. Back in January, he underwent successful surgery for torn triceps and was believed to be out for 6–7 months.

However, as per Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, The Second City Saint is close to making his in-ring return. And once he’s back, ready to throw the kitchen sink at Drew McIntyre, there’s no stopping the Chicagoan.

The 45-year-old has already vowed to break Drew’s face, no matter if that means traveling all the way to Scotland. McIntyre himself is currently nursing a hyperextended elbow, which shouldn’t bother him for long. The two men are almost ready to break the shackles, and the fans couldn’t be more happy.
