As the 42-day cycle for releasing updates is back in Genshin Impact, the 3.5 update can be released on March 1st. As for the special program, it usually airs before two weeks or 12 days of the new update. Taking this into consideration, the special program is likely to air around February 17th, 2023.

Although this is just a speculated date, and it is recommended that the players should wait for the official announcement by HoYoverse. Nevertheless, the program will be available for both Twitch and YouTube viewers, where the latter platform will air the live stream at least a few hours before it is aired on YouTube.

Character event wishes

One of the major content of any update, are the Character event wishes. They are popularly known as banners as players can wish upon them to obtain the latest characters in the game. The Genshin Impact 3.5 update will bring Dehya in the first banner. This can be followed by Mika who will be included in a rerun banner as he is a 4-star character.

As for the rerun banners, Genshin Impact 3.5 leaks have hinted that Cyno, Albedo and Eula can make their return in the game. Shenhe is also a possible rerun candidate, however, her chances are comparatively less.
