With every major detail on the Genshin Impact 3.3 update being chunked out by the leakers, it is now time to move forward towards the upcoming patch which is supposedly bringing Al-Haitham and Yaoyao. Much to the delight of players, HoYoverse is gearing up for the 3.4 beta test and has already started inviting applications from interested users.
The announcement regarding the beta test invitation was made in the official Discord server of the game. Now, before we begin to explain the process, players should note that grabbing the opportunity to be a part of the game’s beta testing will entirely depend upon their luck.
There are, of course some requirements that players should meet if they wish to participate. This article will enlist the important details that are required to join the Genshin Impact 3.4 beta.

Guide to join Genshin Impact 3.4 beta update
The first and foremost requirement to join the beta testing is to be a part of the official discord server of Genshin Impact. Veteran players might be aware how difficult it is to join the official server due to its huge number of members. As an alternate option, players can join the Tavern server which will inform them if they have been allowed entry to the official one.
Other requirements to participate in the beta server are as following:
- DMs should be open, so the Paimon Discord Bot can contact the players if they get selected.
- Applicant’s age should be above 18 years at the time of application submission
- Current and unexpired government ID MUST be provided
If all goes well and players are able to join the server, they need to fill up an official form giving out some crucial details such as their Unique ID, E-mail address etc. which will be used for further communication. Travelers should cross check after giving out the details and note that the applications are open till 28th November.

Expected content
HoYoverse will bring a handful of events in the Genshin Impact 3.4 update but players are primarily waiting for the gameplay of Al-Haitham and Yaoyao, which are rumored to be the upcoming playable characters. Interestingly, both of them share the Dendro element and belong to the 5-star and 4-star unit respectively.
The banner schedule will also be an aspect to look forward to. As of now, there is no confirmation regarding the rerun banners but Eula, Hu Tao, and Yelan appear to be the strongest contenders to have their rerun banners in the 3.4 version.
