After the ban on BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) in the country, there is speculation made by the fans that Soul is not participating in the PMWI (PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022).

But the last official decision is yet to be made by Krafton. The Ban of the BGMI affected the esports scene in the country but also affected the international tournament for PUBG Mobile.

As you all know that PUBG Mobile World Invitational is all set to start on 11 August 2022. During the Livestream, the coach of Soul Amit “SoulAmit” Dubey claimed that they are waiting for approval from the Kraftons.

Some of the people are spamming continuously that Soul is not participating in PUBG Mobile World Invitational. He assured his fans they are waiting for approval from Krafton and the team is practicing hard for the tournament attending everyday scrim.

“The preparation of PMWI is going well behind the scenes. Other things like studying rotations of the global teams and making strategies against them are something that can’t be discussed publicly on the stream,” said Amit.

All teams qualified for PMWI

Team Soul is the dominant team from the India region in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series 2022 from where they get the slot in PMWI 2022. The team showed pure dominance over other teams and grabbed the first position and also the opportunity to represent their country at the international level.

However, In the recent BGMI Masters Series 2022, the team couldn’t continue their dominance but they are on the list of the champions till day 3 of the grand finals and ended up in sixth place. It would be interesting what happened next whether Soul gets approval from Krafton or not.
