Fortnite Egg Launchers
The Egg Launcher (Also known as the Easter Egg Launcher) is a seasonal Explosive Weapon in Fortnite: Battle Royale, added in Season 3. It is only available during Easter or the Spring Breakout Limited Time Event. It is a modified version of the Grenade Launcher.
The Egg Launcher shoots out an egg projectile which is affected by gravity and sticks to surfaces, but not players. After a short time, the egg explodes dealing explosive damage to players and structures. This egg can deal damage to the player who shot it.
The best place to find an Egg Launcher in Fortnite is to loot through treasure chests and random floor loot. Because treasure chests and ground drops are random, there is no guaranteed single location to find an Egg Launcher.
There’s no indication whether the Egg Launcher will stay for the rest of the season or if it’s just a temporary addition. Players who want to try it out should get their hands on one as soon as possible.
The Egg Launcher is found in normal chests as well as on the ground. With the grenade launcher being vaulted, the egg launcher is the next best thing. And with the buff making eggs explode on impact, this weapon will be a menace in both builds and zero build mode.
