Genshin Impact leaks reveal the release roadmap for 3.3 update characters and beyond

A couple of days ago, a Genshin Impact leaker was able to reveal the data till the game’s 4.0 update which led to many players questioning HoYoverse’s security system. As the data was uploaded in a live server, several questionable leaks have come forward including the release order of upcoming Sumeru characters.

Prominent leaker UBatcha mentioned the expected release dates for characters who are going to be playable in the 3.3 till 3.6 update. This was later confirmed by another renowned leaker BLANK, therefore players can rely on this information until further leaks occur through the beta updates.

Here is the release roadmap for the upcoming characters-

• 3.3 update: Scaramouche + Faruzan (First phase)
• 3.4 update: Al-Haitham + Yaoyao
• 3.5 update: Dehya + Mika
• 3.6 update: Baizhu + Unknown new character

Though it is important to note that the leaks have been taken down by UBatcha which further question their credibility. The only confirmed characters as of now are Scaramouche and Faruzan for the 3.3 update as fragments of data regarding their kit are available to the community right now.

Genshin Impact: Release order for upcoming Sumeru characters

Taking into account the 3.2 livestream, it can be expected that the drip marketing for the playable characters in the Genshin Impact 3.3 update is not far away. Players can be hopeful of getting a lot of modifications on Scaramouche when he becomes a playable unit along with the 4-star Anemo sword user ‘Faruzan’ who is likely to become a good support for Scara.

For the 3.4 update, it is being claimed that Al-Haitham, Genshin Impact’s fourth Dendro character will be released. Al-Haitham was one of the first Sumeru characters to be showcased during the promotional video and his release always remained a mystery to the community. It goes without saying that he will be a 5-star character, as Yaoyao, another Dendro unit will be accompanying him.

Both Dehya and Mika have been revealed officially and it is being speculated that Dehya will be a Pyro character whereas Mika is a Cryo character from Monstadt with the 4-star rarity. Players can expect lore on Varka, once Mika becomes playable in the game.

Last but not least comes Baizhu, the most awaited character in Genshin Impact who is apparently from Liyue but holds the Dendro element. It is also rumored that in the 3.6 update, players will be fighting a snake boss in Sumeru, which might have to do something with Baizhu’s snake ‘Changsheng’.

Players should note that all this information is coming from leaks and are, therefore, subjected to change. Keeping this aside, Travelers can look forward to the release of Nahida (5-star) and Layla (4-star) in Genshin Impact.
