Following the sexual harassment allegations made against him, George Geddes broke his silence and addressed the matter on Twitter. The U.K esports journalist has denied all allegations that had been made against him including the replies that had come from girls on the Twitter post claiming they had been harassed by him too.
George Geddes, an esports journalist for a reputed organization mainly focused on VALORANT, was recently accused by a female college player of having sexually harassed her. The accuser had stated that Geddes had sent her explicit and revolting messages degrading her as a female Valorant player. After this post was made on Twitter, multiple females started sharing that they too had faced the same kind of harassment from Geddes across various social media platforms including Discord. The girls stated that they had kept quiet until the collegiate player had come forward with her story on Twitter.
Geroge Geddes took to Twitter few hours earlier and said that he stopped taking the allegations seriously after reading the female collegiate player’s post. He went on to explain that it was “harmless flirting” and the accuser had entertained him with replies. He stated that she had kept out her replies of the conversation out of her post because it would look bad for her narrative. People on Twitter agreed to this notion as the girl had kept her replies when accusing Geddes of sexual harassment.
