“The whole thing crashed,” Kick co-founder Eddie claims Adin Ross’ Kim Jong-un livestream peaked at 700k viewers instead of 450K

Eddie revealed some unreal facts about Adin Ross' recent Kim Jong-un interview livestream

“The whole thing crashed,” Kick co-founder Eddie claims Adin Ross’ Kim Jong-un livestream peaked at 700k viewers instead of 450K

Adin Ross has made major headlines in mainstream media recently. It all began when Eddie Craven, CEO of Kick, had asked Adin jokingly to go to North Korea and retrieve $41 million worth of Bitcoin from North Korean leader, Kim Jong-Un. However, following that, Adin revealed that he would be hosting an exclusive interview with the dictator himself on his stream.

This had alerted international media, including the US government, which reportedly told Adin Ross to be careful if the interview were to take place. However, after all the hype caused by Adin, a professional impersonator showed up in the interview in place of the Supreme Leader of North Korea. Fans were disappointed to the point where Adin broke the record for most viewers lost in 1 minute.

However, on the other hand, the hype built around the interview caused so much anticipation that the stream ended up being a personal record-breaker. The stream accounted for the highest number of viewers on Kick. So much so, that reports of Twitch unbanning Adin Ross had been circulated, as Adin had been permanently banned from Twitch back in February.

Eddie revealed Adin Ross’ peak viewership hitting 450K during the Kim Jong-un Interview is inaccurate

Following the massive success of Adin Ross’s stream with ‘Kim Jong-Un’, reports had said that this stream hit over 450 thousand viewers, an all-time high on Kick. However, Kick’s Co-Founder, Eddie Craven, has now revealed that this number was inaccurate. In fact, he claims the viewership had reached an astonishing 700 live viewers.

This would not be surprising as the interview had gained international coverage from around the world. On a stream, Eddie was asked if he saw the Adin Ross and ‘Kim Jong-Un interview. He laughed before shocking fans and saying, “I think the view count was actually broken on that thing. Like everyone thinks the stream went to 450k viewers. It actually went up to 700k but the website crashed”.

However, he also revealed it dropped down to 300k views just 2 or 3 minutes later. However, if this information is accurate, it should potentially put Adin Ross’s stream within the top 10 most viewed streams of all time within the solo Twitch streamer’s realm. Fans however were impressed more at Kick, which as a beta platform was able to cater up to 700k viewers!
