PUBG Esports 2022 Roadmap
PUBG Esports 2022: With the conclusion of PUBG Global Championship 2021, the culminating point of all the PUBG Battlegrounds tournament, Krafton has already made moves towards revealing their plans on the eSports scenario in the upcoming year.
Just like the previous year, South Korean gaming company has revealed the tournaments that will be taking place in the year 2022. As the pandemic hiatus seemed to be under control, various LAN events including PUBG Global Championship 2021 took place. The champions of the tournament, NewHappy will also be provided a special championship skin to commemorate the victory along with the cash prize.
PUBG Esports 2022 Tournaments
A total of $15,000,000 prize money had been granted for all the PUBG tournaments that have been conducted until the month of December. Following tournaments have been scheduled for PUBG Esports 2022:
PUBG Continental Series
PUBG Continental Series is an online series of tournament which came as a replacement for the 2020 PUBG Global Series. Teams from regions- APAC, Europe, Asia and North America. PCS6 and PCS7 will take place in the month of April and September respectively in 2022.
PUBG Nations Cup
PUBG Nations Cup is making a comeback in the upcoming year of PUBG Esports. It has been a favourite tournament for the players as well as the fans due to its unique format. This tournament will take place in the month of June where countries from Asia, Oceania, Americas and Europe will participate.
Regional Third Party
The third party tournaments of PUBG Battlegrounds will take place with nominal prize pools. The regional tournaments will brush up the skills of the teams before the official tournaments.
PGC 2022
The best teams throughout the year will be invited in the final tournament of PUBG. PGC 2022 will take place in the the ending months of 2022. It will feature a whopping prize pool for the thirty two invited teams.
