New Yoru Bug causing the audio glitch and dropping frames in Valorant

Valorant Episode 6 is here. It has brought back Split and introduced a new map, Lotus. But, new patches also lead to some glitches and bugs in the game. Players have already started to notice a few new glitches and issues that came with Valorant episode six. Yoru’s Fakeout decoy has a new issue, which seems to be receiving the most attention.

Reddit users have started posting on the latest Yoru problem, including videos of the bug and comments in which they express their frustration with the new issue in Valorant. In essence, the ability fully glitches when Yoru uses his Fakeout decoy. The bug makes Yoru’s clone glitch out and slowly disintegrate, projecting a rectangular blue light through walls and everywhere surrounding, much like the flash fakeout caused after the enemy shoots at it.

Even though very few players pick Yoru, It is still very fun to play with. This issue will just ruin fun for Yoru mains and their poor teammates.

In addition to the visual bug, the new fakeout bug also makes a high-pitched sound. It sounds like a computer error before switching to a high-pitched scream. The sound is so loud that it is very hard to listen to other abilities, gunfire, or just anything.
That is not all, though. One of the commenters claimed that when the glitch occurs, everyone’s frame rate drops to 30. Normally, a bug shouldn’t persist for too long. Unfortunately, a different commenter noted that the glitch also persists until the following round in addition to lowering frame rates and creating loud noises.

One commenter, however, claimed that the visual bug emitted white and red light, which might have happened because it was seen by the opposition team. Players claim to have encountered the bug on a variety of maps, including Haven, Pearl, and others, thus it does not appear to be map-specific at this time.

Other Bugs

A player on Reddit also reported that in which gigantic icons are flying in the middle of the map and barriers (the ones before the round starts) suspending people in mid-air if they pass them. It sounds very odd.

It goes without saying that a game-breaking error with this large of a visual and auditory impact on a round needs to be fixed right away, even if that means temporarily deactivating Yoru. The Lotus-only queue was absent at the start of Episode Six’s debut, and competitive players did not receive their ranking gun buddies.

Riot Games hasn’t addressed these issues yet. however given the volume of player reports, [layers can anticipate a hotfix to be released soon.

In case you missed it!
