New State Mobile April update (v0.9.03): Release date, patch notes and more

In a recently uploaded YouTube video, Krafton has revealed the new content they have prepared for the advanced battle-royale game this month. Players can look forward to a lot of new changes in New State Mobile April update which is also going to bring the Among Us collaboration announced few days ago.

PUBG New State which now goes by the name New State Mobile adds new content to the game after an interval of two months. While it occasionally brings collaboration content with major brands or companies, new content such as weapons or different maps are added after a gap of two months.

New State Mobile April update Patch notes

According to the maintenance schedule announced by Krafton today, New State Mobile April update will be available for the players to download from Google Play Store and iOS on April 21st. The game will be down for maintenance from 0:00 to 6:00 UTC+0 which means Indian region players will be able to access the new content after 11:30 AM.

The patch notes for New State Mobile April update have been revealed through the YouTube video upload in the official channel of New State Mobile. Here is what players can expect from the new update-

New weapon- MCX

The April update of New State Mobile is adding a new weapon for the players named SIG MCX. It is an AR weapon that uses the 5.56 mm ammunition and boasts of powerful DPS ability. Players can equip different attachments including a suppressor when the weapon is customized.

New items and changes

Grenade Launcher

The grenade launcher is a new gun feature in New State Mobile April update which is certainly going to affect the game’s current meta. Players can attach the grenade launcher to the grip slot of M416 and Beryl to throw grenades at the enemies after aiming at a certain location.

10x Deca vision

A new scope has been added to the game which will assist the players to defeat enemies from a long distance. The 10x Deca vision scope can be equipped by every weapon that is able to equip the 6x scope. This scope can be adjusted to 3x-10x and can only be obtained from the drone store.

New throwables and healing items

Poison Grenade (Throwable)

Poison grenades are going to be a great addition to counter smoke grenades and to ward off enemies that are equipping a certain position for a long period of time. Under the effects of poison grenade, players can hold their breath for 4 seconds and then start to take damage.

T-RS (Healing)

T-RS is a healing item that will be available in New State Mobile April update. It spawns rarely on the field as it can recover 100% HP with additional boost. However, players have the option to purchase it from drone store.

Erangel (Extreme)

The battle-royale extreme or BR: Extreme mode will now be available in the Erangel map. A total of 48 players will drop in Erangel under the Extreme mode who have to survive till the end as the winner will be decided within 15 minutes. Under Erangel Extreme, the starting weapon provided will be Skorpion along with Vest and Helmet Level 1.

Among Us collaboration

Last but not the least is the four-week collaboration with Among Us that will be added in New State Mobile April Update. A new mini-game named Among Us Chicken Dinner will be available for the players. Players will be randomly assigned with the role of crewmates or impostor. Other exclusive items will also be given to the players.

New State Mobile April Update is going to make various other improvements to the game and add new items to the weapon customization options. Players can download the update and enjoy the 0.9.30 patch.
