This year’s Sidemen Charity Match is set to take place in less than a month. The Sidemen have revealed many of the guests who will be participating in this year’s event. This includes streaming stars like xQc. In addition, they recently also announced the renowned Breakout Streamer of 2022, IShowSpeed, but immediately after took down the announcement.

The Sidemen Charity Match is a spectacle of an event known to be a yearly global event. They have been known to generate tons of money for charity, all while allowing fans to watch their favorite stars kick a football live in a packed-out, roaring stadium. Just last year, they raised their highest to date, a whopping £2 million, all for charity.

This year, they aim to break records as the tickets went sold out instantly after being live. On the contrary, IShowSpeed, who finally returned to streaming after a short hiatus, has made quite a controversial entry. He got canceled for a wardrobe malfunction that led to the display of nudity.

After he was announced to be playing in the Sidemen Charity Match, the Sidemen removed their IShowSpeed announcement video. Many have speculated due to the impeccable timing, that it may have been because of the controversy that Speed was in due to a wardrobe malfunction.

IShowSpeed even talked to a fan on stream who asked him if he might be kicked out of the Sidemen Charity Match. To that IShowSpeed responded, “Word on the street is that I don’t know .. I don’t even know bro if I’m playing or not”. The fan hilariously asks “Is it because it will be a meat game if you play if you know what I’m saying?”. Speed responded by saying “I don’t know I’m hearing that I can’t play because of .. you know what I don’t even wanna talk about that.”.

However, following that, he later on another stream said, “Chat do y’all think I will be good into the Charity Match, Do y’all think I will be well enough to play in the Charity Match because my doctors right now are telling a whole different story. Chat, my doctors are telling me a whole different story right now.”

This might confirm the actual reason as Speed had gone through a cluster headache just a week ago as his health was under question. His appearance in the 2022 Sidemen Charity Match was a big hit, and fans were disappointed by this news. However, the reason behind Speed not playing in this year’s charity match is not confirmed.
