Following the Los Angeles Lakers win against Memphis Grizzlies in Game 4 of the 2023 NBA playoffs round 1, xQc won $300,000 in gamble he had made on Stake. xQc had tweeted before the game that he had bet on Lakers to win on Stake.

xQc attended his first ever basketball game with his buddy TSM Buddha and sat courtside. They had gone to attend Game 4 of the NBA 2023 Finals, which was between the Los Angeles Lakers and Memphis Grizzlies. Before attending the game, xQc shared screenshots of his bet on Stake on his Twitter account. The screen shot showed that he had bet $200,000 plus on the LA Lakers to win with odds of 1.5. He hoped that he would not suffer the same fate as the time he bet in the 2022 FIFA World Cup, where he lost more than $500,000 in gambles at stake. As he had hoped, the Twitch streamer won the bet and received a profit of $150,000, totaling his full win at $300,000.

The Lebron James led Los Angles Lakers faced Ja Morant’s Memphis Grizzlies in the Game 4 of NBA 2023 playoffs at the Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angles. After an intense match that resulted in the game going to overtime, the LA Lakers came out victorious with a 6 point lead over the Grizzlies. Lebron James led the charge with 22 points, 20 rebounds and 7 assist to give his team a 3 -1 lead against the Grizzlies in the first round of the NBA 2023 Playoffs and also made xQc $300,000 richer.

xQc is no stranger to the gambling scene or gambling on Stake. The Twitch streamer was pretty well known for his gambling streams on Twitch. Although Stake has its own streaming platform Kick, xQc continues to remain on Twitch.

xQc had previously lost massive amounts of money before his recent win when he placed a bet during the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The Twitch streamer had placed half a million dollars bet in the World Cup Finals selecting France to win the game. However after a nail biting game, things did not go in his favor as Messi’s Argentina got the win and took home the World Cup. If France had won, the Twitch streamer would have won a large sum of money amounting to over $1 million.
