They also stream Valorant together on many occasions as both are members of OfflineTV. During one such run of Valorant recently Lily threatened to sue Michael for something very insignificant that he said

Why did LilyPichu threaten to sue Michael?

“I actually wanted Killjoy” Micahel Reeves said as Lily stole his Valorant main from him. “I play Killjoy” Michael requested Lily to give him Killjoy once more and Lily frankly and playfully rejected his request. ” Gaslight, gatekeep, girl boss queen” Michael said referring to Lily after which she playfully threatened to sue him with defamation.

How did Michael Reeves react to it?

When LilyPichu threatened to sue him, Reeves laughed it off. “Sorry sorry sorry, I didn’t mean it” Lily apologized to him for every threatening to sue him and Michael continued laughing in response to this. “Have I ever lied to you?” LilyPichu said while in middle of the game expecting Michael to reply with a yes. “Many times, yes” Michael replied with a hint of anti-climax which caused Lily to panic and tell him to tell her chat that she had never lied to him.

“That’s defamation” Lily said as she brought up the topic again. Michael kept ruthlessly teasing Lily about calling her lawyers after this and kept doing so until the end of the game.
