Twitch streamer Aydan who is primarily known for his content on Call of Duty Warzone 2 was recently handed a Twitch suspension for a week. The ban was initially oblivious to him as he told his fans that he was banned for se*ually explicit conduct, but he displayed nothing of that sort during his stream.

Few hours later, he was given a clear notice as to why his account was taken down from the platform and surprisingly the reason is quite bizarre to witness. Aydan took to Twitter to inform that he was banned due to humping his chair and moaning while on stream. “Looks like we gotta turn it down a little bit, lol”, he concluded.

This came after he told his audience that the sudden ban has left him wondering because no such clips were shown on his livestream. Although his previous tweet stands deleted now, fans have got an idea about how the platform is banning people initially without confirming whether such content was actually shown or not.

Viewers would agree that this is not the first time that a streamer has been banned on Twitch for a strange reason, as the platform often hands out suspension without even stating the reason for the ban properly. Streamer Amouranth has highlighted this during a podcast.

She mentioned one of the biggest drawbacks of Twitch, that is their ban policy as often, even the concerned people designated for banning streamers are unaware as to why they are banning them. It has also been highlighted by JiDion, who accused Twitch of favoritism for giving him a permanent ban, whereas banning a streamer who had s*x on stream, only for 7 days.

The ASMR streams have also been an issue on the platform as despite the platform’s attempts to curb down explicit content, Twitch isn’t banning ASMR streamers.

Fans react to Aydan’s revelation

Several users have mentioned how Twitch allows hot tub streams but is banning him for a reason which was not even explicit in reality.

Although most of the people are agreeing that Aydan shouldn’t have been banned, it is unlikely that Twitch will lift off the suspension that has been given for a week.
