Carlos Sainz asserted the 2024 season has been ‘strange and challenging’
The start of the 2024 season was on a disappointing note for Carlos Sainz as the news of him being kicked was already out. Regardless, Sainz won the Australian GP and has continued to perform well. Hence, recalling the entire season, the 30-year-old claimed that it had been strange and challenging. The Spaniard also highlighted how the team managed to turn around a difficult period and become competitive again.
It’s been a strange year in that sense and also quite a challenging one, The year started really well, then we went through a tough period of development, and then suddenly we managed to make the car competitive again.
Carlos Sainz noted

Ferrari is continuously scoring massive points over the race weekend and improving their position. The team is highly likely to compete with McLaren for the constructors’ victory in the four remaining races. The end-of-the-season battle would be highly interesting as both the championships seem very open for multiple teams and drivers now.
