He expressed confidence in his own abilities and reckoned other drivers would say the same. This is the nature of any driver or any sports person who would not consider their rival superior to them. Sainz reflected his self-confidence and the belief that all drivers have unique qualities that make them competitive in their own right.
Honestly, I don't think so . However, if you ask the other 18 drivers this question, they would answer the same.Carlos Sainz said, as reported by SoyMotor.com

He reckoned that if he didn’t believe in himself, he wouldn’t be a Formula 1 driver. Sainz felt that having this confidence and drive is essential for success in the sport. The Spaniard again pointed out that other drivers likely have the same attitude, as believing in their own abilities is important for their success in Formula 1. This self-assurance helps all top drivers stay motivated and perform at their best.
I think I am the best option for any Formula 1 team because if I didn't have this mentality, I wouldn't be a Formula 1 driver and I wouldn't have the competitive spirit that I have. Again, the other drivers would answer the same.Carlos Sainz added.
