The 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix fever has gripped fans all over the world, and amidst the never-ending hype, Pop Icon Drake has once again got on with his betting antics. The American for the upcoming Las Vegas event has bet a whopping $2,10,000 on Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc winning the 50-lap race.

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen triumphed in style in the Brazilian Grand Prix. He was able to win the race starting from P17, but despite this, Drake has gone with Charles Leclerc to triumph in this week’s Las Vegas GP.

Interestingly, Drake also recently bet a huge sum of money on the Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul fight. He put his money on Tyson, but everyone knows what happened in the boxing ring when the veteran went up against the 27-year-old Pual.

Switching gears to the Las Vegas event, the Ferraris looked quick during yesterday’s running. Max Verstappen and Co., on the other hand, struggled after reportedly bringing the wrong rear wing to the event. Keeping this in view, Drake’s bet could rack him an estimated sum of about $7,20,000 at the end of the Las Vegas race.

Charles Leclerc emphasized finding the ‘right compromise’ at Las Vegas GP

While Drake has set a huge bet on Charles Leclerc winning the Las Vegas GP, the latter has emphasized finding the right balance for qualifying and the race. The straight-line speed is especially very crucial at a street circuit like Las Vegas.

We’ve got to try and find something to try and turn the situation around, but we’re not so far [away]. All in all I think we are very strong in race pace, a bit less in quali. It’s been a bit the story of our season but it’s better that way than the opposite. I think we have some ideas of what to do to try and improve that, but then it’s a compromise of how good you want to be in the race compared to qualifying and we need to find the right compromise.

Looking at the reaction of the Monegasque driver, he is in high spirits in Las Vegas. He is very pleased with the pace of the SF-24 but has, however, emphasized the need to have a well-balanced car underneath him for both qualifying and the race.

Ferrari is in the fight for the 2024 constructors championship against the Woking-based McLaren. This is also one of the main reasons why Leclerc is pushing his team to find the perfect balance on the SF-24 so that he and Carlos Sainz can have a go at the top two slots. Qualifying is just around the corner and several eyes will be glued on the Ferrari duo.
