McLaren driver Lando Norris was once again unable to secure the win despite starting in pole position at the Brazilian GP. He finished disappointingly at P6, following which he took a dig at race winner Max Verstappen.
Lando Norris is one of the most promising contenders for the drivers’ championship this season. He has secured three wins and 12 podiums so far this year. However, Norris has been no match for three-time world champion Verstappen in the title race.
Max Verstappen put in a stellar performance, securing the win at Interlagos starting from P17 on the grid. But the 24-year-old Brit applauded the Dutchman while claiming that the latter benefitted from luck as well.

The two drivers have had alluring battles for the better part of the current campaign. However, Verstappen’s win at Interlagos might have sealed the title in his favor, leaving Norris to settle for the runners-up trophy.
Max Verstappen hits back at British media in post-race conference at Interlagos
The British media has been regularly accused of unnecessarily criticizing drivers from other national origins. Max Verstappen has been central to this bias and has hit out at the media previously as well.

"I appreciate you guys being here, but I don’t see any British media? Did they have to go to the airport already? Or do they not know where the press conference is…?"

Verstappen hilariously questioned the presence of the British media personnel at the post-race conference in Interlagos. The British media were reportedly absent because the 27-year-old won after a hiatus of 11 races in Formula 1.
The three-time world champion’s actions have been criticized by the media and other institutions for the better part of the season. But his recent show of strength has put out a major statement to everyone in the Formula 1 paddock.
