The home crowd of Britain had great hopes for the British boys to score great results in their home race. All the British drivers have been performing extremely well in the 2024 season as George Russell and Lando Norris scored a race win. Additionally, Russell, Lewis Hamilton, and Norris scored the top three qualifying spots for the British GP. As a result, the 24-year-old was extremely delighted over this result.

It has happened for the first time since 1968 that British drivers occupied the top three qualifying spots. Additionally, this fact occurring at the home race made the event all the more special. Hence, Lando Norris was extremely happy with this result. Norris qualified in P3 and noted that he was happy with it especially due to the Top 3 Brits.

Subsequently, Norris applauded the great effort of Lewis Hamilton and George Russell over the session. The two Silver Arrows did a great job and put in some nice laps that granted them a front-row start. However, the 24-year-old accepted his mistakes, which cost him the pole.

Mercedes has also started to perform extremely well compared to their disappointing start to the season. Brackley scored a race win with George Russell in their previous outing in Austria. Hence, Lando Norris anticipates a tough battle to overtake the in-form Silver Arrows at their home race.

Norris reckoned that he hoped to bring the fight to George Russell and Hamilton down the British GP. The home crowd would be extremely happy with the victory of any of the top three drivers. Hence, the entire race would be filled with racing action and excitement over the laps. Even the 24-year-old was looking forward to racing in his home race.

McLaren has risen up to put forth the fastest chassis on the grid since the season’s start. Hence, Woking is coming up to be the toughest competition to Red Bull in recent times. Even Mercedes is looking hopeful of joining the competition for the top spot in the constructors’ championship in the 2024 season.
