Lando Norris ‘learnt’ from Max Verstappen en route to McLaren’s 2024 Constructors’ title triumph

Lando Norris and McLaren found themselves in contention for the 2024 world title. Norris failed to defeat Max Verstappen for the Drivers’ Championship. However, the British team managed to take the Constructors’ title at the Abu Dhabi GP. Now, the 25-year-old has admitted that he learnt from Verstappen this season.
Norris shared a handful of on-track incidents with Verstappen this season. The British driver usually found it difficult to manage the situation compared to his rival. Nevertheless, Lando Norris has set his sights on bagging both championships with McLaren in 2025.
Moreover, the Briton insisted that he learnt a lot over the course of the 2024 title campaign, particularly from Max Verstappen. The 25-year-old admitted that he did feel incredible to take the team’s first Constructors’ title since 1998.

Lando Norris to have a ‘good night’ to celebrate McLaren’s triumph
The 25-year-old labeled the title victory as the perfect ending for McLaren’s season at the last round at Yas Marina. Subsequently, Lando Norris highlighted that the British team will be celebrating this historic moment with a long night in Abu Dhabi.

Certainly, Lando Norris and McLaren deserve the teams’ title this season. The British team has been the most consistent outfit over the course of 2024, even outperforming Red Bull. Though, it remains to be seen if Woking can carry this momentum to next season.
