Lewis Hamilton‘s streak of woeful 2024 performances continued at the Qatar GP as well. This was no surprise as Hamilton suffered yet another disappointing end to a race. The Briton was caught in an incident where he wasn’t even at fault. As a result, the 39-year-old was utterly speechless in an interview by the end of the weekend.
The debris on the track caused punctures in Lewis Hamilton and Carlos Sainz‘s chassis as they had to immediately pit. Moreover, the Briton dwindled desperately below the pecking order and couldn’t contend for a points finish. Hence, the 39-year-old claimed he had nothing to say when asked about his feelings post-race. Hamilton didn’t want to ‘revisit’ the emotions that he faced during the race.
Despite all the massive disappointments, Hamilton refused to give up on improving performance in the season finale. The Briton was still standing strong and ready to get back up in the upcoming final race weekend.

Lewis Hamilton put forth a sarcastic reply for his hopes in Abu Dhabi
Lewis Hamilton will end his journey of 12 years with Mercedes in Abu Dhabi as he is set to join Ferrari in the upcoming season. The Briton had very less hopes for the race and put forth a sarcastic reply towards his goals for the final race. Hamilton reckoned that he ‘hoped’ to at least finish the ultimate event with the team in Abu Dhabi.

Mercedes has gone through a rollercoaster of a season this time around and they would like to put it behind them. The team is hopeful of better performances with the prodigy Kimi Antonelli coming in the next season. Hence, 2025 will be extremely interesting even for Hamilton as he is believed to take Ferrari back to their championship days.
