Lewis Hamilton continues to receive massive love from all over the world due to his performances in Formula 1. Hamilton has a separate place in his heart for the Brazilian GP and the fans after receiving honorary citizenship of the nation. Hence, ahead of the upcoming Interlagos event, the Briton took to social media to share that he couldn’t wait to head into the race.
Heading into the Brazilian GP, Lewis Hamilton couldn’t contain his excitement to head to the nation he is an honorary citizen of. Hamilton took to Instagram and called out the nation and noted that he couldn’t wait to come home. Subsequently, the 39-year-old claimed that he was eager to see all the people and fans present at the Brazilian GP.
The Ferrari-bound Mercedes star has continued to perform well after the recent upturn in performance from the team. Hamilton scored two highly coveted race wins with one being on his home soil. Following this, Hamilton reiterated that he was going back home and used the Brazilian flag to showcase his love for the nation.
Mercedes’s recent upturn in performance has enabled Hamilton to once again dream of ending the season on a high. The Briton is highly hopeful of a great end to the 2024 season with his long-time team. Hamilton will give it his all for the final four races to further strengthen his legacy as a Silver Arrow before joining Ferrari.
