After the incident involving Max Verstappen and Lando Norris, several personalities commented about it and expressed their opinion. F1 pundit Martin Brundle felt that Verstappen went beyond the line of acceptable driving, something he recognized from his past.
Martin Brundle praised Max Verstappen’s exceptional talent in F1. He mentioned in his 40-year career in the sport, Brundle has often highlighted Verstappen as one of the most remarkable drivers he’s ever seen. However, the Briton explained that he has observed a notable change in the dutchman’s approach over the years. mentioned that the 26-year-old has matured significantly and now tries to adopt a more strategic approach during races. This maturity is reflected in the dutchman’s decision-making. He now often plays it safe and focuses on securing points rather than taking unnecessary risks.
I've waxed lyrical about Max's talent, and I stand by that, he's one of the very best I've ever witnessed in 40 years. I've also said that he's calmed down, matured, and plays more the percentage game with three championships in his pocket.Martin Brundle said, as reported by RacingNews365

Martin Brundle highlighted that in Austria, he didn’t see the calm and matured version of the Red Bull driver like before. He observed, Verstappen has adopted his old aggressive driving habits again. This suggested that Max Verstappen went back to his older aggressive version of driving, instead of calmer and careful style he had been driving lately.
But that appears to have been a thin veneer as this race was very much Max 1.0, with his default driving tactics and denials resurfacing.Martin Brundle added
Martin Brundle claims it was tough to hear that it was Norris’s fault in the Red Bull team radio
Martin Brundle found it difficult to hear Red Bull blaming Lando Norris for Max Verstappen’s incident during the race. Brundle felt this affected Red Bull’s credibility because it seemed clear that Norris would receive a penalty for going beyond track limits. The Austrian team’s reaction was unnecessary and didn’t help their reputation. This incident added unnecessary controversy to the outcome of the race.
To hear the Red Bull team on the radio after the race telling him [Verstappen] it was all Norris' fault was a difficult listen, It damages their credibility all around. It was clear Norris would get a five-second penalty for track limits and the whole thing was totally unnecessary for Red Bull.Martin Brundle stated

Martin Brundle believed Norris showed a racing style that was overly aggressive without much thought. Brundle reckoned that the Briton will need to develop more refined skills like finesse, patience, and strategic thinking, if he wants to beat Verstappen. The 65-year-old reckoned that while the McLaren is filled up with talent, he must master being patient and strategic.
It must also be said that Lando's racecraft was rather gung-ho. He'll need more finesse, patience, and cunning than that if he wants to start beating Max regularly to win a championship.Martin Brundle added
Certainly, Martin Brundle criticized Red Bull for blaming Norris, which he believed damaged Red Bull’s reputation. Brundle pointed out , there is much for the British driver to learn about racing, particularly regarding patience when overtaking.
