Red Bull driver Max Verstappen amassed his fourth consecutive world championship title at the Las Vegas GP on Saturday. The 27-year-old finished P5, but his lead extended to 64 points, which granted him the title ahead of the last two races.
Max Verstappen has not had the fastest car for the better part of this season as compared to the previous year. Despite the shortfalls, the Dutchman has won eight times, amassing a total of 13 podiums so far. Verstappen feels that his triumph in 2024 is the most impressive one of his career.
The 27-year-old has also claimed that his fans oftentimes do not value his dominant title charge of the previous season. Verstappen won 19 races last season and currently holds the record for winning the most consecutive races.

The Dutchman’s never-ending need for wins and titles continues even after having won the title this year. With two races to go, Verstappen will now focus on helping his team win the constructors’ title as well.
Lando Norris applauds Max Verstappen after the latter’s championship triumph
McLaren driver Lando Norris has been the prime challenger for the drivers’ championship alongside Max Verstappen this year. The 25-year-old has thereafter applauded the Dutchman for his stupendous efforts this year.
Lando Norris on F1TV: "I will start off by saying congrats to Max. Yeah, I am disappointed that I am out of it. Max deserved to win it, he drove a better season then we did, then I did. And, yeah, he deserved it more than anyone else. You know, Max just doesn't have a weakness."

Lando Norris has claimed that Verstappen does not possess a weakness when racing at the pinnacle of motorsport. Norris has won only three times this season despite having a much faster car than the Dutchman this season.
Norris-led McLare stands atop the constructors’ championship this season. With the drivers’ title out of contention, all that remains is for the Brit to cater to the collective objectives of his team from here on.
