Max Verstappen’s performance at the Brazilian Grand Prix was nothing short of extraordinary. Starting from a lowly 17th position on the grid due to a penalty, he defied expectations and showcased his exceptional skill and determination to claim a remarkable victory.
The race at Interlagos was particularly challenging due to its wet conditions, which made overtaking difficult and unpredictable. However, Max Verstappen‘s overtaking maneuvers were bold and confident.
The victory earned him widespread praise and admiration from teams and fans, and even his biggest rival Lewis Hamilton. The Dutchman later reflected on his race, which drew parallels from his performance in 2016.
This one is definitely much more crucial than back in the day. There I had nothing to lose, I was not in a championship fight and I was coming from the back after the strategic mistake we had.

Now there was a lot more at stake, so I had to be more controlled, more aware of the championship.
